Cummins DKSH (Vietnam) is honored and proud to contribute to the "Diesel Power Supplement Project in Con Dao 2023", featuring a cluster of four power units with a capacity of 1,600 kW per unit. This project was completed on February 6, 2024, at the An Hoi Power Plant, Con Dao District, Southern Power Corporation.

This endeavor has been put into operation to enhance power supply and backup, thereby fostering socio-economic development and providing electricity for social welfare and national defense in Con Dao District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

"To meet the electricity demand of residents and customers on the island, from 2015 to 2022, the electricity sector has invested in adding 5 diesel generator sets, each with a capacity of 1,500 kW. Additionally, the unit also compensated an average loss of 150 billion VND per year due to the high production cost of diesel generators, which is always double the selling price of electricity." - According to Dan Tri.
