KeangNam Lankmark 72
Cummins DKSH (Vietnam) delivered a large-scale standby power generation system for Keangnam Landmark 72, one of the most iconic mixed-use high-rise developments in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The project comprises 14 diesel generator sets with a total installed capacity of 25 MW, designed to ensure a reliable, continuous, and highly resilient backup power supply for the entire complex, including office towers, hotel facilities, commercial areas, and residential spaces.
Given the scale and critical operational requirements of a landmark high-rise building, the standby power system plays a vital role in maintaining the operation of essential building systems such as elevators, HVAC, lighting, security, fire protection, and other mission-critical infrastructure in the event of a grid power outage.
The solution was engineered in compliance with international standards, delivering fast start-up capability, stable performance, and high load acceptance, fully meeting the stringent reliability requirements of large-scale mixed-use developments.
